However you do not need to be a member of the gym, or be experiencing a sports injury to visit us. We also treat those with injuries caused by occupation and everyday life. As well as physiotherapy appointments, we also provide Deep tissue massage on problem areas for those struggling with muscular tension as this can dramatically reduce the risk of injury, and optimises muscle function.
